Three of our packages include a PC Maintenance package which will keep your computers running in top shape. Maintenance includes internal cleaning of your system, system evaluation and optimization, installation of all necessary operating system and program updates as well as an overall system evaluation. When we are finished with your system it will be running cleaner and leaner than it was before!
ESET Security Products
All of our computer support plans include ESET security software, one of the best antivirus and security products available for home PC customers. ESET will help to keep your computer protected from the viruses and spyware which could compromise the integrety of your system and put the data on your computer at risk.
Online Backup
All of our computer support plans include a subscription to either Carbonite or SOS online backup. These services protect the most important data on your computer - your documents, pictures, music, video and other files, by backing them up to an offsite secure data center. If your computer should ever crash, your data will be protected.
